REFUND POLICY
Digital Products — No Returns All products sold on peakvitalgoods.com are digital goods (digital courses and digital reports) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
Exceptions We will issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but never received access to the digital product
- The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
To request an exception, contact us at support@peakvitalgoods.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
European Union — Digital Content If you are located in the European Union, please note that by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
